How can I contact Oral Hybrid?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may not be possible. If you still want to return the item after it arrives, you can do so for a full refund (see our returns process below).


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and your order will ship shortly after.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices shown on our website are tax-free in USD, which means your local customs office may apply duties/taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. We’re not responsible for customs delays. For more details, contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

Email us at support@oralhybrid.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


What if my item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@oralhybrid.com as soon as possible and include:

 

  • your order number

  • clear photos/videos of the issue

    We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.

 


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If you paid by card, refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after we receive your return (or confirm cancellation). If you don’t see it after that, contact your bank/card provider — processing times can vary.
