Where do you ship?
UK only. Free delivery to all UK addresses.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders within 24 hours. Message us fast — if it hasn't shipped we can cancel. If it has, you can return it under our 30-day policy.

What if I don't love it?
Free 30-day returns, no questions asked. Ship it back and we refund in full.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (pay in 3 for orders over £50).

Are prices in GBP?
Yes. All prices shown include UK VAT.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
No. All orders ship domestically within the UK.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us photos at hello@nookandco.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund immediately.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds hit your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return.
