SHIPPING POLICY

FREE UK DELIVERY

All orders ship free to UK addresses. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days from despatch. Most orders arrive within 4 working days.

DESPATCH

Orders are processed and despatched within 1 working day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

TRACKING

Once your order despatches, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after despatch.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us at hello@nookandco.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund immediately. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
